broken cd?

after months of thinking about building a mame machine i finally decided to go for it,ordered the project arcade book which i received this week but found that it came with the cd broken in half,no damage to the book at all and was well packadged as well so well that i signed for it without even opening it,does anyone know if /where i can buy a replacement cd from?

I have the same problem.  What is on the CD? Thanks!  [EDIT] LOL, I just looked and I posted the same thing almost a year ago.  I guess I should just email you huh?  Talk about procrastination!
