pic problem

i have changed my picture and although other people can see it my pc stills shows the old picture,any advice?

Or perhaps your browser is holding onto a cached copy. Force reload and clearing of the cache in the browser will most likely fix your issue. The forum software does not set an explicit expiration on it, rather it's up to the browsers to recognize.

Also try holding CTRL and pressing the F5 button.
It'll force a reset of the page.

This is a little off topic, but what happened to the thread for posting pictures to use in other threads? Did it go away or did I just imagine it?
