I don't know if this is the correct forum for this question but lets give it a shot.
I have a epson color 880 printer on my pc,it works o.k(ish) but I can't access the properties or preferences of the printer to access the head cleaning process.
I have downloaded the latest drivers but no luck, any idea's?
windows xp sp2 btw

Here is a link to Epson's FAQ for your printer.  I think that question #5 should help you out.

You might need Epson's full software bundle.  Some of those options are only available via the manufacturer's control programs.  See if you can get a copy of the CD that should have come with the printer.  There might be some of the necessary tools there.
