Cruncher (Pac Man clone) Question

Has anyone here actually seen one of these games?

I was the one that uploaded a scan of the marquee for KLOV.
(I still have it)
But have yet to find any information on the game itself.

Obviously an eighties clone like many others of the period.
The cabinet was a generic Korean type knockoff but didn't match the marquee.
And sadly the game pcbs and control panel were long gone.
