control button help?
« on: January 11, 2007, 08:05:12 pm »
Hi!
This is my very first attempt at building something like this as well as my first post. I was hoping that someone out there might be able to help with my first try at wiring control buttons I am getting from Happ.
I "kinda" get the idea after reading a bunch of articles and a book, but I would love to either see diagrams or find out where I can maybe purchase wiring instructions.
This jukebox program is the best I have seen and I am looking forward to putting together a great piece of entertainment!
Thanks for the help!

what type of buttons are you going to use ?

how do you intend to control the buttons ?

there are a few different ways to achieve what you want but a little more info would be a help

Scott,

If you haven't already done so, take a look at the Build Your Own Arcade Controls wiki; specifically, the Interfacing section at the bottom of http://wiki.arcadecontrols.com/wiki/Controls .  If that doesn't answer your questions, let us know specifically what you need and we'll see what we can do!
