Paint for cab / Pin restoration
« on: December 12, 2006, 09:31:22 pm »
I am curently working on a Milipede machine, but I also have a couple of others that I need to some touch up. I need a wide variety of colors so buying a pint of each is completely out of the question. I had thought about getting some stuff like Testers model paint, but I was hoping that there was a more cost effective solution.

Hey MYX, I am touching up my Centipede using a variety of arcrylic paints from Walmart at 47 cents a bottle.  You may have to experiment with color-matching, even color mixing
to get a close match.

Sharpies work OK for black and maybe colors if they match.

The touch up work viewed at 3 or 4 feet distance it looks pretty good.
