I saw this topic discussed before, but I can't find enough relevant search words to find this...
...Okay (big breath), I'm ready...ready to build my MAME cabinet. Got the TMNT converted to Street Fighter cabinet sitting in the garage and figuring out what to salvage from it because there's just too much damage along the bottom and in a couple of corners to make me want to repair this particle-board behemoth. Besides that, the monitor is missing the entire circuit control board and all the caps around the neck - the only thing left is the actual tube still bolted to the frame. I was talking to the wife and she said what I need to do (and she's right) is make a list of games that I really want to play and decide what kind of control panel I want to build when I build a new cabinet from furniture-grade wood (very much along the lines of Knievels' Woody cab). I know I want to pretty much copy the cabinet I have by tracing and then cutting, and then build a control panel that will work for the games I want to play. The only reason I picked up this cabinet is for the template ability and the fact that there are two working coin doors, along with a control panel that is in great working condition (he tried the CP on another machine and everything works).
Long story short I was looking for a list of games that use a trackball and a list of games that use a spinner so I can decide if I want either or both included on the CP layout. I know I will only do a two-player setup and I don't want to build a Frankenpanel, just a nice clean CP. Again, with all respect to Mr. Knievel, his Woody cab is a thing of beauty but I don't want to just rip off his design. What I'm thinking is there are very few games that even use a spinner and I might just be perfectly happy to leave that piece of hardware out. However, if I can get my hands on some Golden Tee ROMs

I think I'd like to be able to play that.
Can someone point me to these "lists" please?
