I'm getting dizzy!  :dizzy:

That flashing notice at the top of the main forums screen keeps changing in size. Not to nit-pick, but it's making everything jump up and down on the page. Makes it a pain in the butt to click things. Plus it changes so often you can't read the whole thing in one pass.
