Here's pics of my control panel.  Do not, I repeat do not consider angled controls as pictured in this CP -- you will regret it!  Angled controls are okay if you always face the cabinet in a slight angle or play standing, but for every other scenario it just blows.  Also, don't ever ever make an 'exit' pushbutton right above your trackball, unless you like quitting your (insert trackball game name here) everytime you use it.  I will be re-doing my CP panel with a standard layout and re-positioning the pushbuttons to a more functional place.

i second this. as u can see by my pics a few posts above. i made my cab mainly for fighting games, but i find myself moving joy in parallel with monitor, making it hard to move as needed in game, yet in simple games, dig dug ,1943 , ghouls and ghosts ect, i find i have no problem using them. I decided on angle so CP could be narrow(also easier to get thru doors at 33'') and 2 people wouldnt be cramped together. maybe now im going to have to make it alittle wider and  go parallel to monitor.. sighhhhh.

Santoro:

This is my best CP to date.

@Santoro - very clean CP!  If it weren't for buttons like 'exit' I'd say it looks exactly like something off of production cab. Who printed your overlay and on what material?
