DOSCab and WinCab Jukebox updated

There has been a minor update to DOSCab and WinCab Jukebox.  No, this isn't the long-awaited multi-resolution version; this update adds two minor yet often requested features: a play stimulator (radio) mode and the ability to sort the songs by artist or not sort them at all in addition to the default random sort.  There have been no other changes, so if you do not need either of these features, you do not need to upgrade.

Great update Chris.  Especially the radio mode is excellent.  After I installed the new version my jukebox has been playing nearly non stop.  
The only thing I miss now is a button-repeat function, but that is a minor thing.   Thanks for making your program freely available.
