Does anyone know what that new SF:Collections arcade is running on?

I absolutely cannot find any information whatsoever about the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection cabinet anywhere online.  It's a rather new model that includes SF1(or maybe it starts with II)-SF:A3.

Does anyone happen to know what kind of system it is running?  (PCB, CPS2, GD-rom?) and who currently manufactures it?

Any websites containing information about it would be really appreciated
