Where can I buy t-molding?
« on: March 11, 2003, 06:20:02 am »
I know happcontrols sells t-molding, but I don't wanna order online for this stuff.  Do any local places like home depot sell this stuff?  Also, do I need to buy it in bulk or can I just buy as much as I need?  Thanks in advance.

I couldn't find t-molding at home despot or aces (although they do have this kinda lame "nail on rubber edge molding" but it isn't t-molding...

You could ask/find a local arcade distributor/operator

Why the anti-online stance?  Another source for t-molding is t-molding.com (who woulda thought?!)

good luck and sorry I couldn't be more helpful...

actually those arent that lame.. :)
You can go to ACE hardware and look for batten strip(I am still not sure how to call this).

It looks allright if you are not that picky.

Actually lot of my joysticks have batten stirp.I could have posted a picture or 2  ::) but imagestation.com is down now for some reason.
You could always check it out later..

ya dont have router and dont wanna wait for online order then batten strip would do the trick.

ya...i've called up a couple of ace hardwares and they think i'm speaking a foreign language when I ask for them.  One manager said they should have em but no one knew where they were.  I really want some casue i don't want to have to deal with t-molding.

yea, the problem online is there is allways like a 25' limit.
I'm looking for about 5' of yellow T-Molding.
I already have plenty of black T-Molding. I'd like some other colors but not 25' of other colors.

I would connect people who are selling T-molding on Ebay and see if they would sell you a certain length.  I end up buying tons of stuff outside of Ebay from sellers.....after all they want to make a sale.  ;)

I might need to get T-molding soon for my air hockey table restoration project, so I might be doing this soon myself.....

Well I think Im gonna go the batten strip route due to my lack of a router.  Is ace hardware the only place that sells this?  Cuz I dont have an Ace hardware near me.
