  • 1-2-3 Kick, 1-2-3 Kick...
I need to test a supergun I have with a fully working jamma board.  The only jamma board I have results in a nonworking player 2 right move and I am trying to determine if it is the board or the supergun prior to selling it.  I am pretty sure that it is a board problem but would like to verify it with a known working jamma board.  I would be happy to trade beer, $$ or some arcade part(s) for testing with your board.  I can stop by your place or you can bring the board to my house.  Let me know if you are in the area and can help.  Thanks

  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
if i read your post right, then it sounds like you have a bad microswitch(very cheap to replace if it is a microswitch) or a lose wire on your control stick. if it's a leaf (which i doubt) then maybe the leaf switch isn't  making contact. this happens when they get used alot. also an easy fix. i might be able to send you a microswitch if you want to try that first

I know that it is definately not the microswitch as I can swap player 1 and 2 controllers and both work 100% for player 1 but when used as player 2 I cannot move to the right.  I checked the supergun wire harness and p2 right wire is connected fine going the the jamma connection as well as the controller connection which is why I am leaning towards the board having the problem, I just want to be sure.
