Software to adjust size and position?
«

Can anyone recommend a little tool to help me adjust the picture size & position. I want to be able to use a 16:9/16:10 monitor but feed it a 4:3 resolution, then center it.

<screws eyes up> MAME naturally centers whatever aspect image. If it ain't centered, blame your video driver or/and monitor.
