I remember playing it in the arcade a long time ago.  There was a black and white version too unless I am mistaken.  It is something circus.

Is this a trick question? It says it's Circus right there at the top.  ;D

When I play "Circus" in Mame, the associated screenshot is in color but the game plays in black and white ...... is this correct?

lol circus requires artwork for the color as it's an underlay/overlay

If I remember correctly, the original game was in black and white, but had colored celophane covering the monitor to "emulate" a colored display.
