Forgotten Worlds: Anyone try top-fire joystick w/ spinner?
« on: March 25, 2006, 05:53:12 pm »
I know Forgotten Worlds uses a push-button spinner, but I was curious to know if anyone's tried using a top-fire joystick in conjuction with a standard spinner to play it, and how that felt?  Please give me your feedback, as I'm planning to build a separate control panel for use with forgotten worlds and a few other games and it'd probably be a hell of a lot easier if I wasn't stuck trying to get two push-spinners to be primarily (or only) used for just one game.

I use rotary joysticks with modified code to spin better.  Works like Ikari and such.

I also use rotary joysticks for Gunfight/Boothill in case no one has thought of that.
