I doubt he's reading this thread, since I don't think he ever intended to make things right. He's only really posted on this issue twice; once to report the theft, a second time to scold his costumers and demand an apology.

Pretty awesome business practices if you ask me. I wonder... if Harpal ran a brick n' mortar store, would he just punch people right in the neck as soon as they walked in the door?

When a person's name could also be a noun, it's a good idea to capitalize the name.

For example "black Bush" and "black bush" could mean different things.
