Help with U2000 cap kit

I purchased a cap kit from Wells Gardner for my U2000 and I have encountered some problems:

1)  There is a cap denoted as C729 and it is a 220 UFD @ 50V 105C, but I don't have a spot for that cap on my board.  Is that because this kit is for a U2000/U5000 and the U5000 has the C729? *UPDATE* Saw a schematic of the U2000 board and there is indeed no C729 on it, so I guess that is just a U5000 cap.

2)  I did not have any cap at all installed on my board for C810.  One was included in the kit, so I installed it.  Should I have?

3)  Cap C716 is listed as a "1 UFD @ 200V", but the part included in the kit is "1 UF @ 250V".  Is it ok to use that part?

4) Cap C616 is listed as a "1000 UFD @ 50V 105C", but the part included in the kit is a "1500 UFD @ 35V 105C".  Is it okay to use that cap?

In addition, I also noticed that there is a cap soldered onto the bottom of my board (2.2 UF @ 50V).  This cap wasn't included in the cap kit.  Here is a picture of the location:

Anything soldered on the foil side of the board was put there by the Wells-Gardner factory during the production run. Don't touch anything they did.

#3 the 250 volt rating is a better cap so go ahead and put it in.

You would install #3 since the voltage rating is higher, but what about #4?

I spoke to Wells Gardner and they confirmed there was some sort of change made to the C810, but they were unable to tell me exactly what it was since the monitor is so old.  Specifically, they didn't know if I should:

A)   Leave the cap on the back of the PCB and add C810.
 
B)   Replace the cap on the back of the board with the 10 UFD @ 63V cap that is supposed to be C810.

C)   Do not add C810 and leave the cap on the back of the PCB as is.

The cap on the back of the PCB appears to be soldered between the middle leg of Q808 and a leg of Q601.  Wells Gardner said that C810 is part of the brightness circuit.  And given the one problem that I was having "If I adjust the brightness Pot, the brightness changes, but the height of the image also changes as well. ", I can't help but wonder if either the missing cap or the replacement one on the back is part of the issue.

I don't have a manual for the u2000. Since their kit covers both the 2000 and 5000 there is likely to be a few caps not used in the kit for your model.

It's weird that the "U2000 Service Manual" on page 14, it shows this:

Perhaps they made the revision to the PCB after the manual had been printed?
