WinCab cannot read the parallel port directly. jp's message looks correct, though: by using ppjoy to read the parallel port as a joystick, you should be able to use his mapping to read it.
The missing bit of information here is how you're interfacing the coin mech to the parallel port. Is there a special interface you're using for this? It seems like an unusual solution...

yes im using a LPT interface i have made
heres a webpage (spanish) it works for the buttons, and it works
for the coin mech too
