Opinions needed on a basic grid CPO

I have been working on a new CPO, but I am anything but an artist; the graphic part of arcade cabinets really kills me. Normally, I would just use a solid color or some pre-made thing, but I figured I would give this a shot. It's a fairly basic grid design (I'm sure Photoshop veterans can tell exactly what I did). I just can't decide if the grid being slanted inwards will look weird on the actual CP. Also, is the whole design too dark to really come out when printed? I
