Uncensored Theme Plus "Show Replies to Your Posts" would be perfect.

Would it be difficult to put that in?

I am using the "SMF default theme" which has it on top.  The "Forum or Board Default" (Classic) and Classic uncensored don't.

I've got some tokens that will work in your machine -S.  They look just like quarters which is kind of cool.  I can sell them to you for 40-cents each.

in that case I got some state tokens that are the same size as quarters available...

I also have these 1976 tokens that have a picture of a drummer that are the same size as a quarter but since they are rare I have to charge you a little bit more for those...
