edit: a look at the error logs confirms that there's something screwy going on, however.

Goz is under the hood trying to fix Purgatory's leaky carb, which I suspect may be causing the momentary database errors that we're getting today. They usually only last a minute or two. Just FYI

Did you see my PM? The bug in Firefox has a DOS (Denial Of Service) effect on the server. So the server is given a beat down like the ugly red headed step child and you get DNS issues.

It is a problem in Firefox 1.5 only and since that is the latest version I imagine Mozilla should be cool.

I got that in an email this morning. Purgatory is on SMF 1.0.5.
