Can't be terribly good quality for that price.  Arcade controls and a real bucket seat would be much better.

It is not very sturdy, but more importantly...

It is NOT force feedback. You get a much greater sense of realism with a force feedback wheel not sitting in a car like position, than you do sitting in a car like position with a regular old spring based wheel.

Well...

This is a build your own community, so I am sure that the answer is actually yes, but it is not a simple replacement. It would definitely require some creativity.
