Support for the skins seems to have declined with the release of the new version of VMJ.  All the old skins seem to have vanished.

Skins for VMJ appeared in November but the community forum has gone away.

Hmm... it would be trivial to make a .skn file for DOSCab/WinCab that would work with these skins...  but would that equate to stealing their work?  Hmm...
