furniture sliders for cabinets ?

Have any of you used those furniture slider things that you put under furniture to slide it around on your cabs. I have casters on mine but it is still a pain to move around. You have to sort of wiggle it back and forth. I'm afraid i will will wiggle something loose in the monitor. I would guess it would work well. Any thoughts ?

I have a set of them for my non-caster cab, and they are fantastic.  Instead of "walking" it back and forth, inches at a time, I can just open the coin door, grab hold and pull, and it slides forward nice as can be.  Once it's far enough from the wall to tip, the back wheels will roll it.
Bitten by the cabinet bug... obsessing ever since.
