I have also a Chungwa monitor pcb. I don't have the tube!  :( :(

It's a Japanese monitor if I am not wrong.

Search in Google for "Chungwa monitors" !

Thanks, the search continues.  I got the monitor as part of the Solitare cab.  The cab was only $50, and the game worked.  Unfortunately the game runs on a 386sx.  The monitor plugs into a vga adapter on the PC mother board.  I'm going to check the BIOS settting and then yank all the card and plug them in a more recent PC w/an ISA bus.  With any luck the monitor will still function after the video card  transplant.
