Qbert's 2nd Pac Man restoration
« on: April 09, 2006, 08:13:00 pm »
I just picked up a Pac Man machine at a garage sale.

It looks as if it has been out in the elements for a while, but it's not too bad.

I can obviously see that this machine needs a new power cord, as the current on is exposed in several spots.

Here, I will document the restoration process, and when I'm done, I will put it up for sale.

Pictures will follow soon, please ask any ?'s you may have about the project.

I'll take pics or the boards...as far as the sidees go, they are severely worn out, so I will probably repair the water damage and put new decals on...

Here are the color-matched paint codes/types I used on my project, after much experimenting:

I still have extra paint I have said I was gonna package up and mail out to people, but too damn lazy to do anything lately...

And here's the link to my restoration if you need it:

With a eprom burner.  You usually can read the data from them as well.
