Firefox and flash

Is there any way to easily turn flash support on and off in Firefox, or have one firefox install that has flash and another that doesn't?

You can run mobile firefox, or firefox to go, or whatever it's called.   The point of it is to have a self-contained browser with all your bookmarks and stuff that can be run from a USB flash drive when plugged into any computer.  I'm sure it could simply be run from a folder on your computer instead of from a USB drive.
