Resolution adjustment using Nvidia card..

I'm using an Nvidia GeForce2 Ultra hooked up to a TV using S-video.  There is black on both sides of the picture on the TV.  The top and bottom is centered pretty good, maybe use a little adjustment.  But how can I adjust it to fit the screen better?  I can't find where to do this at.
