Atari illuminated Cone P1 & P2 Buttons ?
« on: December 20, 2002, 08:56:47 pm »
Anybody know where i can get some. They were used on things such as Asteroids and Centipede. They are small, like a black cone, with a small red led button in the middle.

Cheers

Steve

Note, there are two types, black cone and chrome cone.  And the LEDs are like 3v.

if you're looking on ebay, i've noticed that the auctions are usually for the buttons OR the cones, but not usually both. Just make sure you read what you're actually getting

Ok thanks guys. I've had a couple of emails from people with either cones or led buttons so I should be able to cobble something together. I also found out that there are two types of cones, tall ones and flat ones. The tall ones are rough and errr tall (used on centipede & tempest) the others are smooth and errr flatter and used on the other atari based games.
