I NEED PINK T-MOLDING!

If anyone knows where to get such an elusive little color please help!

I searched for pink t-mold for a kiddy-cab I built not long ago, it doesn't exist yet. T-mold.com was considering making it. Might have to go with all lime-green.

I could do a custom run of t-molding, but the minimum run would be 5,000 feet

I doubt we could get that much together, but if we could the price would be very good, $10 for 35 feet I think.

LOL, we should start a sticky for bids on how much pink t-molding people would want. Maybe we could at least get close to 5,000.

Anyone that wants a Ms. Pacman to stand out in a crowd, or other games of that nature.

Yeah I always hoped that DreamArcades would get pink T-molding becuase its such a perfect fit with their joy/button sets. I'm building my gf a bartop soon, and I know pink T-molding would go over great lol

As stupid as this sounds... I never even thought of that. I bet it would work.

And not to tell anyone how to run their business, but I would imagine just being the ONLY place to get pink T-molding would be a nice selling point for DreamArcades (or anyone), but they would have to take the chance with the initial cost outlay.

I would buy some.. and it seems others would too... but I highly doubt we'll get another 140 people to chime in on this thread heh.

I'm not sure how much it costs to have t-molding made but I'd guess about .20/foot. This is an initial cost of $1000. That really isn't too bad. I wonder if Dream Arcades, Groovy Game Gear, t-mold.com, t-molding.com and Ponyboy would grab a large portion each to sell. That might work. Heck I'd put up the money if I can get buy in from them to buy 500-1000 feet each. They might since it is a much smaller upfront cost each.

That is actually a good idea, although really they would all be competing against each other. But you are right about the smaller upfront costs.

I don't have cash to buy into a bulk deal, but I'd certainly buy enough for a few bartops

Let's hope someone makes it happen one way or another.

My girlfriend would much prefer a more subtle pink, but I'm sure having ANY pink would make her happy.

So I guess my vote is for 1905 (that's pretty nice).. but really, anything would be ok.

Of course, if T-molding.com is interested in a more subdued color, and is definitely going through with it... maybe we could have both choices

Hot Pink for me too! Something to think about is the recent popularity of pink, there is hot pink stuff popping up everywhere these days so selling it shouldn't be too much of a problem I would think. Also DreamArcades should include the molding in their package of pink joysticks and buttons I know I would have bought it when I got my pink buttons.

Our rep. is going to send us a color sample and we should be getting that in the next couple of days. It is a hot pink color they have run in the past and she thinks it will be a perfect match. Just wanted to give a quick update.

Here's a photo of the sample my rep sent me. In the picture it looks like it matches the button. In real life it looks like it maches the joystick. Still, it's very close to both.

The sample is 1/2 inch, but I will be ordering it in 3/4 inch.

I have e-mailed and called my rep. today, but I did not get a reply. That doesn't mean it hasn't shipped though. They just aren't good at getting back to me (which seems to be an epidemic in this whole industry).

30 feet is the longest length we can include for under 2 pounds. So it's $10.99 for 30 feet, plus $5.99 for priority mail.
