ROM Cleaners (Sorry for asking again...)

Here's what I'd like to do...

I have a directory with my ROMs.  I'd like to be able to use a program that will scan all the files and put all the good ROMs into a new folder leaving all the crap behind.

Can someone suggest how I should do this?  I haven't really been able to use any of the ROM cleaners.
