NINTENDO pcb Batteries
« on: June 03, 2005, 10:40:18 pm »
On my Hogan's Alley PCB board there is a place for 2 AA batteries.

The one's i removed were Red+Black with Japanese writing on them.

And were a bit nasty looking.  I have heard these batteries were used for saving

the high scores when the machine is turned off.

I replaced those batteries with new AA's .

But it did not save the high score when turned off.

Am i using the correct batteries?   Or do i need rechargeable batteries?

Thanks!   BUCKET....
