Converting Playstation Wheel?

I seem to remember a discussion about using a Playstation (One) steering wheel converted for use on a PC.  Are there any references for this stashed anywhere?  This would probably need to be a USB conversion.  I have an old steering wheel that I'm not otherwise using that I'd love to use for this.
