or you could just use my version 4 wrapper which has dual scren support (prelimenary, better support will follow once my own dual screen rig is finished)

Sorry, didn't even notice the full question.  NO, NO NO.......   
Visual Pinball is "2 3/4 D"  meaning that the table's angles can't be manipulated and thus it'd be completely impossible to build let's say a "fake table" and make it look right on the display.  
Also your vertical quesiton was answered in my hardware rotation faq sticky.  It ain't up there for my health.
