"There are three of these, 2 are the same boards are marked 834-5195 & 834-5175 all with Sega 1983 on them"

klov lists it as 1983

No, those are boards out of multi-board sega sets, like Turbo, Monaco GP, etc. Those aren't even the main ones. Pass them up.
More specifically they are for Astron Belt, at least the 5175 is.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
