I understand the i-pac programme app doesn't work under XP or 2000.

Does anyone know if the direct programming will work?

If not can I directly programme on a 98 machine then just plug into XP keeping the changes?

Thanks ???

Sure, no problem with that. The Ipac keeps the configuration always in mind, and most likely you won't change the configuration that often anyway, unless you use some other emulators that don't support key-remapping.

My 2 cents:

Yes that works perfectly!  As that's what I did...

Even when you use the new interactive programing features that the new IPAC's have.

Enjoy
