Those using a j-pac w/ arcade monitor

If its too bright--turn down the contrast/bright until you get an image you like--If your monitor doesn't have enough range you can adjust the "screen" pot on the flyback itself.

JoeB:
Menace,

have you noticed any difference between having your K7000 hooked via a video amp and no video amp?

stellarola:
I've used the video amp before, unless the monitor needs it..don't use it. Instead of hooking the video via the j-pac, couldn't you just splice the R,G,B, Ground and Sync from the jamma harness and connect those wires to a hacked VGA cable? I'm about 99.9% sure this will work. This is if the J-PAC won't allow you to turn off the signal boost. Also if you were splicing the wires, don't cut too close to the edge on of the harness. This is so you can reconnect them later if need be.

SirPeale:
stellarolla: why don't you like the video amp?
