Fixed frequency video cards

I have a 19" IBM 6091, a fixed frequency monitor that I want to use in my cabinet project (making a cocktail cabinet to house an emulator).

I've already found this site http://www.si87.com/Products/Videocards/saturngl.html, but they're rather pricey.  

Does anyone else know of any others?

Do you know what frequencies it needs? Alot of modern run-of-the-mill cards can be put to specific frequencies with their drivers or via utils like powerstrip.

It's a 60/67/77hz with a max resolution of 1280x1024.  With the video card I have, DOS mode is unusable.

Tonight I was going to play with it and another monitor to see how it fairs under Windows.

What are the utils you're talking about?

hz?  Are you sure you didn't post the refresh rate and not the sync rate (which should be in khz)?  You should really know both.

It's listed as "H Freq/V Freq: 63.36/81.32 kHz / 60/67/77 Hz"

Is the H Freq the same as the sync rate?  In the spec list for it, that's the only stat listed in kilohertz.
