Currently in the man/kid/wife cave......
Nintendo DK JR with a MAME & MALA set up for vertical games. (LCD)
Nintendo DK with a 60-in-1 (LCD)
Nintendo Popeye with a Pandora's Box 3 and 24" LCD monitor.
Nintendo Mario Bros (non wide body) with a 21" CRT, MAME & MALA set up.
Perhaps the best cabinet in the basement, it has MAME & MALA, but has
also been set up with emulation for NES, Sega Master System, Sega Genesis,
and Turbro GRAFX 16. In addition to the emulators it also has a pair of
Aim Trak light guns housed in GunCon shells. It's still a W.I.P as I've not
yet finished all the emulator configuration.
I've also got a FAS Foosball table, and 23" Gateway, all-in-1 touch screen PC
set up and running exclusively Touch Jams. It's connected to my existing 5.1
audio system via a Bluetooth transmitter. I'm quite happy with the jukebox set up.
I've got a Bad Dudes and a Final Fight in the garage yet to make it into the house.
Lastly a Nintendo style bartop cabinet that has been FOREVER a work in progress.
It's going to Punch-Out themed and feature a Raspberry Pi 3 for the internals.
I've got custom artwork for it, and I think it will look AMAZING when done...it's just
time......no time !
Over and above the cabinets I have some custom artwork by a local graffiti artist.
I also have a little more artwork, including a set of prints from an awesome stencil
artist named 1B4. Sprinkled thru the space are various odds and ends including a triple
Beaver gumball machine on a stand. Assorted video game consoles including NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube,
Wii, XBOX, XBOX 360, Sony Playstation 1,2, and 3. Rounding out the consoles are a NES Classic (modded),
SNES Classic (modded), an OUYA and Retron1, Retron5, @Games Sega Genesis, and a Raspberry Pi3 in a
mini Sega Genesis USB hub.
A few other toys make up the rest of the space, from some of my old Transformers, to GI Joe's, and original
TMNT toys. I've got an Omnibot on display (as he doesn't move.....boo!), some old WWF LJN figures and random
stuff I find on the cheap. All in all I think it is a great space. It's the reason I do not want to move from
my place.
I'll post some pics later today.
Here is a video from a few years ago. It has changed a little
