Connection Micro-switches
« on: October 18, 2002, 02:22:34 am »
G'Day All,

I just want some suggestions on the best way to wire up micro-switches.  To date I have just been soldering the wire on, but its a pain to change switches when one dies.  Also it is time consuming (esp given I have a very cheap soldering iron).

Cheers

TJB :D

Hello.

This may seem like a stupid question but how do you connect the wires to the 187" quick disconnects ?.

if you have a good crimping tool (ie dedicated) use that, if you just have a cheap one (ie, the funny looking notches on your wire strippers, use that and then solder it to keep in in place.
