anyone know how to get access to zinc.ini file?

I'm getting wierd errors when i try to run the new zinc.02

ZiNc 1.0.2 (C)1997-2004 Drunken Muppets (www.emuhype.com)
Opening game:    Star Gladiator (US 960627) [starglad, BIOS cpzn1]
ERROR: missing rom file: C:\zinc\roms/starglad.zip [ coh-1000c.353 ]


see the forward slash after the roms path. I think this is the problem. How do i get access to the ini file for zinc
