Help with cab dimensions?

Could somebody post the dimensions for NBA Jam (or similar type) cabinet?  Have searched around the archives and have only found some brief numbers regarding the width of the CP.  Please include the height or the cp (is the height standard for most games?).  

What are the dimensions (centre to centre) of joystick to button and button to button that you find most comfortable to use in your cabs.

Any advice would be very helpfull.
