Each and every one near me when I lived in NC was a complete and total hole, usually falling apart, and plagued by the "extra napkins, sauce, ketchup, mustard, whatever will be extra" mentality that charging me a quarter to recoup the six cents a packet of whatever costs is the way to treat customers you want to keep

Since moving back to WI, all of them seem a touch cleaner, although throwing fresh dirt on a mudhole only makes it a fresh mudhole. The restaurants are so dated, worn, and piss poor, if I go to one, it's only their drive thru.
