HELP with plastic Monitor Bezel

I purchased a black plastic monitor bezel thru eBay.

Or you can go the build your own bezel way... Search and you will find the great thread on doing it.

But I would probably vote for doing a ruff cut black cardboard, then smoked plexi over it.  I think its a lot easier to do... and looks great in the end.

Maybe a Happ foam bezel would work better?
