Hee hee, at one time that was the most awesome card on the planet. Now, well, now it makes heat, lots of heat. =)

Yes, it was the coolest card in the world, once.  For some reason, it still brings in a lot of demand on ebay though!  I'll also consider trades for cool arcade stuff!  I'm REALLY in need of:

Mortal Kombat II control panel overlays.
Dedicated Trog arcade machine.
More space in my house as I'm running out of room for machines.

Well, that is because it is the fastest card ever made that natively supports glide.

Mame is a 2D application, your choice of video card really doesn't matter.
