Buttonbox2 completed

Anybody built the buttonbox2 yet.  I just finished mine and it is working great.  Got the atmel cpu chips as samples from a dealer here and had pretty much everything else laying around.

Just wondered if anybody else has gone this route.

I have made several Buttonbox2's and I like them alot.  They work much better than a keyboard hack, and are great for the DIY who insists on making EVERYTHING thereselves.

A question for either ButtonBox2 constructor.  Did anyone order the PCB from Acetronics in AU and how much was it?

I just used a small prototyping board from Radio Shack.  There only like 5 bucks and there is no soldering

Good idea using a proto board.  I got this email reply from the company that makes the PC boards.

You can buy an IPAC for cheaper then they want for a PC board and shipping.

You would have to buy a BUNCH to make it cost effective to buy the premade boards.
