OT Rowe BC-35 Bill Changer

Does anyone have one of these?  I just picked one up last weekend and need a copy of the manual.  At the very least I need the page that talks about the DIP switches.  I know the changer is only good for $1.00 bills.

The BC-35 is a 20 year old unit.  No manuals to purchase.  Rowe tech support does not have anything left on the BC-35 either, I called yesterday.  This is for my home arcade so trying to keep it cheap, I only paid $100 for the changer.
