Does the VB runtimes have to be installed when the program is installed?

Yes, installed the VB runtimes first. Have re-installed them just in case. Still same problem. What version of Windows media player is required?

It doesn't require Media Player at all, that's why I went with what I'm using ;)
hmmmmm......maybe the latest DirectX is required? Been a while since I've had to look at this side of things......try that, then let me know if you're still having problems.
