This seems to be indicating that you have no paths setup in the program. I'll fix that up (there's a path setup in the default .ini that gets installed, so maybe you removed the only one in there?).
As for the DLL not loading, are you able to register that manually (Start - Run - 'regsvr32 {path-to-SKJB}\Imagr6.dll')? Is that file even in the application directory? Are you logged on as Administrator or with Admin access?

Actually, just thinking about it some more, did you run the installer? What it seems like is that you have just unzipped the update that's on the site without installing the program in the first place. Just run the 2.7.0 installer, then try it.
The fact that it is not finding that DLL nor finding an ini file is pointing me in that direction. I took the paths out of my ini, and the program loaded fine, so all I can assume is that it is not even getting the empty Paths line (therefore the ini is not present).

I am logged in as administrator. Imagr6.dll is located in c:\program files\sk jukebox. I have tried regsvr32 c:\program files\sk jukebox\Imagr6.dll but I get an error message "loadLibrary failed("c:\program")failed The specified module could not be found" I also tried just regsvr32 Imagr6.dll but that gave a similar error message.
